Kelli Norden-Gilchrist

Kelli Norden-Gilchrist is a retired career firefighter, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board-Certified Clinician. She has a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. Kelli is a third-generation first responder and “grew up in the firehouse and ICU,” as she is the daughter of a retired fire department truck Captain and an ICU nurse. She has been around helpers her entire life and understands the need for relationship skills at work and home. Kelli has played a major role in helping departments shift the cultural mindset and advocates for the helpers to make their relationships and their resilience a priority as she knows they often put everyone else in front of their health or needs. Kelli is a Colorado native, a full-time mom, step-mom, and wife. She is married to a fire department Lieutenant and continues to surround herself with responders. She and her family love to camp and enjoy boating, waterskiing, and wakeboarding.
