Mike Eason

Mike Eason is an Engineer/Firefighter with Adams County Fire Rescue. He is a first-generation Firefighter in his family. He spent the first 16 years of his fire service career with Federal Heights Fire and has been with Adams County for the last 7 years. Mike is a Fire Investigator, Haz-Mat-Technician, Wildland firefighter, Honor Guard Commander, a member of the North Area Technical Rescue Team along with other duties. On my days off I work at Olinger Mortuaries serving families across the Denver area. I have been with them for over 19 years. Mike serves as a funeral liaison for the Colorado Professional Firefighters. Mike has done over 25 funerals for first responder's families in the last 3 ½ years. Mike has served families from South Metro Fire Westminster Fire, Rattlesnake Fire,  Federal Heights Fire, Federal Heights Police, Auroura Fire, Auroura Police, Mountain View Fire Rescue, Denver Fire, Quincy Fire Department (Illinois) Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Adams County Sheriff's Office and most recently the US Forest Service. He has even assisted with firefighters who had passed away while on vacation here in Colorado. He is an asset to the first responder community when a death occurs. His compassion, attention to detail and professionalism is beyond words. 

Mike loves to spend time with his family watching his 7-year-old play ice hockey his 13-year-old daughter playing competitive volleyball. You may see Mike at a Revital outing either as a guest or a host as he is one to share his story both personally and professionally.
