This year marks our fifth annual LevelUP! conference, dedicated to bringing responders together to connect, build resiliency, and emphasize the importance of mental health. Over the past four years, we have seen the incredible impact of these gatherings on our community, and we are excited to continue this journey with you.

Our first conference addressed trauma exposure, nutrition, cardiac health, and neurofeedback, revealing how deeply responder families are affected. Last year, we focused on relationships and family support, covering financial health, critical incident impacts, and the importance of a family liaison, including a special outing for responder spouses.

This year, our theme is Stronger Together, highlighting the need for strong bonds between different responder groups. Join us as we explore ways to strengthen our community, foster collaboration, and ensure that every responder has the support they need to thrive.
